Affiliate Marketing?

Have you ever watched those old westerns movies about the California gold rush? Yes that’s what I thought. Some of you reading this blog are to young to know what I am talking about. However, That’s what the stage of affiliate marketing reminds me of. The Players: The rich, and the poor, those staking a claim, and oh yes, we have claim jumpers. All and all, though, there a lot of good things happening. A lot of good people are out there trying their best to help other affiliate marketers succeed. It really warms your heart to know that everyone out there is just not in it for the quick bucks. However, Something is still a miss. The focus seems to be too much on driving traffic to your web-site, and mass mess makers, and auto-pilot pipe dreams, and floods and floods of soft ware to help you do it, that you don’t know what to do, or who to trust. There is so much of this, that many are suffering from Gold traffic-getting fever. That is enough. Each and everyone of us can sit down at a computer and create an ingenious device to make us a fortune. But have we lost our minds. What has become of the old fashion business ethics, good manors, and excellent customer care. Let me tell you what I am getting at; If you walked into a store (Brick and mortar) and the first thing some did was to leap on you and snatcher
your wallet and start counting how much money that they wanted you to spend and nonchalantly told you to go look around, I will hold your wallet till you ready to check out. One would think that they was crazy, and they would take their wallet and go, and never return. The focus needs to be balanced, so that there can be a constant flow of prosperity for us all. We need to set limits on all the technological invasion of auto-pilot machines and get back to caring about our most important commodity. Our visitors. Then getting traffic will be a breeze. I remember when I was in my teens, working at Shoney’s , buss-in tables and washing dishes. The business was so good, by the time I cleaned the table, they where on my heels ready set another person down.
Some of the things being down, I feel, are driving traffic away. If there is going to be magnetic sponsoring, we also need magnetic marketing. Then it would be enough traffic for everyone. Word!
